Terms and conditions of service are as follows:
1. Security principles
1.1 Providing advice and allocation for sufficient Security Officers for the premise and duty considering necessity, appropriateness, and sufficiency for optimum efficiency in security service. In doing so, security service is split into 2 shifts, 12 hours each, as follows:
07.00 - 19.00
19.00 - 07.00
By the way such time period of each shift may be changed by the client as they seem appropriate.
1.2 In case there are 4 or more Security Officers on duty, a team supervisor will be appointed to supervise the team and coordinate between the client and the company in emergency case.
1.3 We have Operation and Patrol Officers to control and supervise operation of the Security Officers to ensure their compliance to the rules and regulations of the company and the client 24 hours a day. In emergency case, cooperation shall be possible 24 hours a day. The Operation and Patrol Officers are the key elements in solving problems and controlling quality of our service, and coordinating with local police officers to provide quick support in emergency case.
1.4 In case properties of the employer are lost because of stealing or robbery or slovenliness of the Security Officers, the company will assign a representative to investigate the case together with the employer to assess total loss or damages, collect and maintain all evidences in its original conditions, and coordinate with the local police officers in investigation to identify the felon and the lost properties according to the process of justice.
1.5 We are open 24 hours a day with staff ready to provide all security-related services at all time.
1.6 We have provision for spare Security Officers ready for emergency operation or special requirements from the employer 24 hours a day.
2.The employer’s right for having security service
2.1 The employer has the right to give warning or advice to the all officers, shift supervisors, supervisors of the company at all time.
2.2 The employer has the right to swap or transfer any staff, shift supervisor, operation supervisor who has improper practice during any period of time, or violate any rules and regulations of the employer, or deliberately being absent from duty, by giving notification to the security department of the company.
2.3 The employer can add or change the operation for higher work efficiency at all time by notifying the company or representative.
3.Duty of the Security Officer
3.1 Be responsible for safeguarding properties of the employer, staff of the employer, people who enter and exit premise of the employer throughout the period of duty.
3.2 Frisk the employer’s staff, and their handbags, parcels, packages, etc. as well as the vehicles entering or exiting the employer’s premises to prevent any potential loss or damages.
3.3 Safeguarding general properties including cars and motorcycles parking at the allocated space. In case of any offending to such cars, the offender must be known or must follow up to bring the offender to the process.
3.4 Prevent and extinguish fire that might happen or has happen immediately to avoid further loss and notify every involved party and coordinate according to the fire fighting plan of the employer
3.5 Check whether all items to be brought in and out of the employer’s premises by the employer’s staff or external people are in line with the list of items in the document approved with authorized signature.
3.6 Ensure that there will be no peddling or offering to sell any property or product in the employer’s premises.
3.7 Ensure that unwanted persons such as beggars, insane persons, criminals, those whose employments have been terminated by the employer due to misbehaving, etc. are not allowed to enter the employer’s premises.
3.8 Supervise the time stamp practice of the employer’s staff to avoid stamping of time card for each other among staff.
3.9 Observe behavior of staff and visitors of the employer for potential unusual manner. In case some unusual practice is observed, proper questions must be asked and further actions shall be taken as necessary according to the procedure while reporting the case to the supervisor.
3.10 Control the entering and exiting of staff and visitors by allowing entering and exiting at the specified locations only.
3.11 All Security Officers must know supervisors and managements of the employer.
3.12 Coordinate between relatives or visitors of staff at all levels and facilitate the process according to the regulations of the workplace.
3.13 Make work report for every shift and make clear and detailed note for any unusual incidence.
3.14 Provide advice if it seems necessary to adjust or change any of the operations for optimum efficiency of service provided to the employer.
3.15 The staff is ready to take on other duties as already exist or may evolve in the future as specified or assigned by the employer.
Handling of emergency case
For emergency case at the work unit, the Security Officers, shift supervisors, unit supervisors shall take action to handle if possible. Officers from authorities will also be called in to take part in the case according to the procedure.
For the case that support is needed, the company has the Operation and Patrol Officers ready to provide support. In case more support from authorities are necessary, the company has senior officers to give order for the supporting force 24 hours a day.
4.Training of Security Officers
4.1 Before each shift operation, the shift supervisor or operation supervisor will provide training and advices on operation and problem solving for proper security service.
4.2 The company will also arrange training according to the regulations of the employer at least once a week. But in case of some problems in the operation or any change in the regulations of the employer, the company will call for a meeting among supervisors to assign the work as quickly as possible.
4.3 The company provides proper training on traffic, traffic control, allocation of the parking space, traffic signaling with whistle or hand signal as well as prevention of car robbery and properties in the cars. The skillful police officers or experts will be invited to train our staff before putting on duty.
4.4 For fire prevention and extinguishing, and how to handle situation in case of fire, all staff to be put on duty must be trained for the operation and on how to use fire fighting tools and equipments, coordination to get help from the authorities.
4.5 For general training and weekly training as per 4.2, the company will focus on the following subjects:
4.5.1 Orientation , Introducing the management , Company’s goal
4.5.2 Bare-hand individual soldier fighting
4.5.3 Traffic both in and out of premise
4.5.4 Basic law about security service
4.5.5 Robbery prevention , arrest , frisking people and vehicles
4.5.6 Self defense and the use of personal weapons
4.5.7 Fire , Prevention and extinguishment of fire, the use of fire extinguisher , fire fighting , duty of security officer during the incidence
4.5.8 Rules and regulations , manner , ethic , making phone call
4.5.9 Criminal code and Basic laws
4.5.10 Perambulating patrol and reporting
4.5.11 Liability according to the contract
4.5.12 The use and maintenance of communication radio
4.5.13 First aid, stop bleeding, respiration restoring , patient transfer.
he company will call unit supervisor, shift supervisor , unit supervisor for training once a month on the day that general meeting is regularly held.
Qualifications of staff
Operation Patrol
- At least 30 years old
- At least Mathayom 6 level of education (or ex-military or police officer)
- 1-3 years of security service experience
- Good human relation able to supervise Security Officers
- Able to establish good cooperation with the employer.
Security team supervisor
- At least 25 years old
- Education at least Mathayom 3 or have security service experience 1 - 3 years
- Good human relation able to supervise Security Officers
- Able to handle facing emergency cases and can cooperate well with the employer.
Security Officer
- 18 – 45 year oldี
- Education at least Prathom 6
- Male with at least 160 cm tall
- Female with at least 155 cm tall
- Good human relation with colleagues and others.
